Dine, earn points, take them off the bill
Tavo Points are earned by booking and showing up. They become a discount taken straight off the bill — no codes to remember.
How you earn them
Points arrive the day after the meal. You only earn them if you actually went: a cancelled booking or an empty table earns nothing.
How to use them
- Pick a restaurantOne that takes part in the programme. It says so on their page.
- Pick a timePoints are spent in the slots the restaurant accepts. The ×2 ones are also the best for earning.
- Use your points when you bookChoose how many to spend before confirming, so you already know what you'll save.
- The discount is already on the billWhen the bill comes, the discount is in it. You don't have to say a word.
What if you split the bill?
Whoever booked decides: use their points on the whole bill, so the discount is for the whole table, or only on their own share. Anyone joining and paying their share with their own account can use their own points on their own part — deciding for themselves, not for the others.
Questions
How long do points last?
One year from the dinner that earned them. We tell you when they're about to expire.
When do they arrive?
The day after the meal, once the restaurant has confirmed you were there.
What if I cancel or don't show up?
That dinner earns nothing. If you had already committed points for a discount, you get them all back.
Can I use them anywhere?
You earn them at every restaurant on Tavo, but you spend them only at those taking part, in the slots they've chosen. The restaurant funds the discount, so it decides when to offer it.
What if the bill is smaller than the discount?
The discount stops at the bill: we don't give change. That's why each tier has a minimum spend.
